Topic: Is forgiveness essential to a life of peace? When does it become a roadblock to honesty and justice? We will read excerpts from The Sunflower, a Holocaust survivor’s surprising and thought-provoking study of forgiveness, justice, compassion, and human responsibility and hold an honest discussion on the role that both justice and forgiveness play in our work and in our community.
